using Monitors, Window Walls, Clerestories, and Skylights.

daylight systems, and the reasons for choosing them for specific
design situations.
Roof
Monitors
A roof
monitor consists of a flat roof section fully or partially
raised above the adjacent roof with vertical glazing on all
or some of the sides. Here we illustrate a south facing roof
monitor with suspended baffles to diffuse direct sunlight.
